asain revision rhinoplasty

i had rhinoplasty revision, about 3 weeks ago. it was my forth times, i keep changing the shapes or heights or having problems. unlike boobs, i think nose is more difficult. I do recommend going to someone who specialize in rhinoplasty. my first time was in japan, i went to a clinic, saw from a fashion magazine page. I did unopened, the result, the implant was deviated, but it was cheaper. 2nd revision, I did in beverely hills, expensive but came out very good and straight, tip was good. Many years later, i changed my mind and wanted a different shape, I went to one of the clinic, which name will not be disclosed, in korea, he did unopened, right after the tape was off(which was only 3days after) it was a S shape, deviated again. I waited one year to do the revision, in a meanwhile, I was trying to correct the deviation by a permanent filler, because i heard this is the new technique. unfortunately, the dr didnt have expertise in nose but the wrinkle around the face, i had to remove it, I contacted jw, april 31, jayjun, medical tourist and grand. i got all quick responses. medical one and grand both targeted aside from my nose, but my nose was my main concern, medical one wanted me to do jaw surgery to pull the jaw or do chin implant. no one ever thinks i needed that,. grand wanted me to remove under eye bag, cut the line underneath the eye and spread the fats they said, first I don't have undereye bags, (I knw a lot of ppl do and is popular method) I almost never have eye bags except if i dont sleep for more than 24hrs, and been stressed out which I was, (i just traveled from usa to asia)alone...grand also suggested me to use the donor cartilage, which I explicitly said that is the only thing i'm against of, then the head dr argued with me that if I can use implant then i can do the donor one. I did not want to risk that at all with a bit higher infection rate. I did ask, how many surgeons will be there to do the nose and if the head surgeon will be the one doing it. and Ofc, they will be junior ones doing it but they will be in contact with the head dr...but the price was much cheaper. I didnt want to take the risk, and other clinics were full but Brian at April 31 squeezed me in. I was able to do the surgery the next day. after 5 days, the cast came off, i really liked my tip, I was satisfied. oh 4/31 is really famous for doing the natural look, although he is also cable of doing the custom look based on individual person's wish. day 5, I did not have bruises anywhere on my face or the yellow coloration, and my nose was not swollen much at all. no one saw my face would think I did nose surgery 5 days ago. But my roomate who did her nose job in thailand with L shaped implant was all bruised up and was swollen 3x... the consultation with Brian was very long, and precise and Henry is another guy who works there is also good. I will say, they will take care of u, even though they are busy. the aftercare is very good, I think this clinic is very english friendly, they all spoke good english, my other clinic didnt speak english much...I think if your main concern is the nose, from my experience, april 31 was very good, I wish I went there the first place...agh..
and I was able to go out after 5 days and no one even think I just did my nose at all!. haha
