So I got back from my third post care!
I was greeted by my translator and she asked if I had any questions so far. I told her that half of my face looks more swollen than the other and she said that was perfectly normal healing factors differently in ever part of the face. What do you guys think?

I talked with her while waiting for the doctor. I showed her my nose scar and she said that it was looking great because the scar was looking pink, not red. I’ll post a pic for you guys to see!

Then came the dreaded stitch removal from the inside of the nose and inside my mouth. I didn’t feel anything in my nose when she took out the inside part stitches, but the nurse did clean my nose like she was on a mission. The cleaning hurt more than the stitches removal! maybe because I had a lot of dried blood and boogies in there. But she was thorough in that department. Then came the mouth. The removal of my upper gums did not hurt one bit, but when it came to my lower gums near my chin did hurt. Not a excruciating pain, but a pinching pain. Honestly the removal of the mouth stitches was less than a minute at most so I was very happy to get it over with. The nurse then double checked my mouth for any more stitches and then cleaned and sanitized my mouth and gums.

Then Dr. Lee Suk Hyun came in to see me.

He took a look at my face and said I am still very swollen and it’s too early for me to see my full results *its like he read my mind lmao* he took a look at my nose and face some more and said he needed one full month to tell if I had any saggy skin. Afterwards he asked if I had any questions

I had a lot! But I remember what he said about being still very swollen and I bit my lip and told him no for now. He smiled and walked out.

Afterwards I went to the dermatology floor and received my de-swelling treatment. My translator asked me about my flight back home and asked me to come on the morning day of my flight left so the doctors can look once more at me and I can ask whatever questions I needed. She then said she is getting me a car to the airport for that day.....I said it before and I’ll say it again but Views translators are the absolute best and sweetest. A+++ for going out of their way and I don’t care what anybody says!

So Im going back to View for my last post op care on the 10th of October and I will get the courage to ask all my questions because I was a little shy today hahaha.
I’ll post some pics and I want to know what you guys think so please share if possible

Thanks!

The swelling is decreasing a lot, you look fantastic Sarahdomm. Did you get t-osteotomy with screws and plates for the V line or long curve? Also, Korea has tons of affordable skincare clinics like CNP skin clinic, renew me skin clinic and hsu hu dermatology. Take advantage of the facials!

I choose View because I saw the proof and evidence of how great the results looked from a Korean show (I believe it is called Let Me In??). I have always been skeptical of before and after pictures on clinics website because many of them Photoshop. And the worst thing that could happen is wasting your money on a clinic who falsely advertise and doesn't do the job they guarantee.
But when I was doing my research on View I came across this video of a Thailand girl who was chosen to get plastic surgery done at View Clinic. I wont go in detail about the video but when I saw her transformation I knew and thought, you cant fake those results. (She actually got 2 jaw done so you can check out the video to see full accurate results, )

After viewing that video I did more research on View Clinic and I found out that they are very famous locally and they have been accident free for 11 years since they opened. Safety was a big big factor of my decision so that is another reason I choose View.

Whatever your decision is, please choose the safest route because 2 jaw surgery is a important and risky surgery that needs to be handled professionally and with a surgeon who has vast knowledge and experience on the procedure. My heart goes out with a girl I spoke to on the forum who got 2 jaw and now has an infection in her mouth! She tried contacting the doctor for help but he either dismisses her or doesn't even answer her!

I hope I was able to help and good luck!
