Its important to have fat grafting done with someone who knows the ins and outs of the procedure. My face was already plump, like I dont have any sunken areas (I got it from my mamma hahah) But to achieve that baby face, I had a little in my cheeks and forehead. Surprising enough it was my forehead who absorbed the fat really fast. I am going to have to go back to get more put in. Gurl! are you trying to make me jealous with that fast metabolism of yours!!

They keep in touch and ask me how my healing is etc. etc. its really comforting. The kind of surgery I got is really life changing so Im kinda grateful getting the extra support from them. I wonder if its a "Korean Hospitality" kinda thing b.c my mandible surgeon in the States didn't give a flip about me after mandible reduction ugh, the nightmare

So dont worry on about the communication department. Their translator and coordinator are super nice. If you have any concerns dont hesitate to express them. They will gladly answer and go through everything.

perceval Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 Hey I was just wondering how the sagging was minimal with zygoma reduction (I actually don't see any at all in your pictures). Was it the fat grafting? Were they honest when telling you about the sagging that may occur after the procedures? What did the doctor plan to do to help minimize the sagging? Sorry for all these questions but I'm really worried about lots of sagging as I already look older than I am. I don't want to worsen myself by shaving down some of the masculine looking features on my face.
