Guide for after Surgery.

Recommended Posts

I will be flying off to SK for my plastic Surgery in March 2018. I have my ticket and place booked. I am very excited

I am wondering that anyone of you can offer some tips or a small guide on what to prepare before surgery and what to do/not to do after surgery? It would be nice to hear from people who have their surgeries. This is help me and other people to prepare all the things we need in advance for our surgeries.

Thanks!

Hi  I got at View and i love my v line.
When you choose your clinic for your FC, please check they have very safe facilities for surgery with FC specialist. It is very big surgery, so small clinic and not skillful doctor cannot perform it.
Please check the clinic is safe with good facilities and they have facial contouring specialists (must be plastic surgery specialist with certification). Good luck to meet your doctor!

Hi, MiniGenji. These are famous clinic
Why don't you contact View too? They gave me good cost and Doctor was skillful too. It's nice actually.
Not famous to foreigners, but there are a lot of local patients.

Iv gotten facial contoring at View, check my review with pictures if youre interested.

As for what to do for before and after surgery, the clinic will tell you everything you need to know and do before surgery.

But here are some things I did:

Before:
-Make sure you shower (wash hair and body) the night before.
-No eating 9 hours before surgery time
-No nail polish! Toes and hands! I made this mistake lmao (This includes: acrylics, gel polish, you much have clean nails)
-Two weeks before surgery stop taking Vitamin E, herbal tea, ginseng, and Omega 3, 6, or 9s tablets. These are blood thinners and will effect the healing process.
-(This is what I did, you dont have to do it) Two weeks before surgery I drank a lot of Pedialyte. I did this because I wanted to make sure my intake for zinc and electrolytes where high to strengthen my healing process and speed it up.
-Becarful on your intake of fat-soluble vitamins (ADEK). A result of overdose can result in toxic blood and that will cause problems with the anesthesia. Make sure the clinic you choose does proper blood work, CT, EKG, X-rays and clears you before your day of surgery.
-No make up on day of surgery. Go in with a bare face
-Get a good nights rest

Your clinic will give you a list of instructions and go over each step on what to do to prepare you for before and after surgery. Make sure to ask questions if you do not understand anything!

Good luck with your procedure and if you have questions, message me.
