I've never had plastic surgery before. I've been saving a lot of my money for the past year so I can finally change my body. First of all, I am 26 year old female, 126 pounds or 57kg and 5'3" or 162 cm. Although I'm not considered "fat", what I really am is skinny fat with a high body fat percentage. As a result I look dumpy in clothes and I'm insecure about my disproportionate HUGE arms and fatty legs (I haven't worn sleeveless shirt in over 12 years and shorts in 13 years). I've recently lost some weight I gained the last two years (15 pounds) and now I'm within 10 pounds of my goal weight. I've been hitting the gym and watching what I've been eating but to get the body I want I will need to change the basic composition. Surgery will help me achieve that!

What I'm looking for is a nicer body contour. Simply put, I just want to shallowly look better in clothes. As I'm undergoing lipo I thought to do fat grafting at the same time cause, why not? I'm already sleeping put some fat in my face, amirite?

The clinic I chose is 365mc. Why?

PROS: They are considered experts in lipo, they have amazing transformations on their sites, and have a good safety quality about them.

CONS: The price. Super expensive even though I have the money! I don't want to spend that much on just lipo. I was quoted in Korean Won (working on them to bring down the price):
3.3Mil Arm
5 Mil Stomach
6.3 Mil Thigh
1 K Compression Garment

Face Fat Graft is not quoted yet!

Anyway I've decided on the clinic and now just trying to get a better price. Before I make the big leap does anyone had successful LIPO in Korea? Anybody do multiple areas at once? Did the fat come back fast? Would you recommend another clinic other than 365MC?

Of course I'll document my journey on this forum and do a full before and after!

You can research clinics like the Line, Dream and TL for lipo as they have relatively more positive than negative reviews here on this forum as far as I can see from my research.

365mc is the name that comes up the most when you talk liposuction in Korea because they specialize in it, but as you stated, they are expensive. I've had it here in the states and was botched, so I am finally having it fixed.

You are having multiple areas done, so you should get a better price. I'd take off at least 1 million won per area from the total.

Another poster her went to TL and had great results. I'll find the thread and post it here for you.

I am considering TL and 365mc for my lipo. I'd like a third before I go to Korea so I can get the best price after consultations.

Hi, I'm new in here, also interested in lipo and fat graft  Idk what is average price in Korea but seems like it is bit pricy... Which surgeon do you want to go with?

I had lipo done on my abdomen about two weeks ago at DAPRS. Still in recovery phrase. It's a bit swollen but it's normal. I had double eyelid done at the same time. Came out pretty good. Will share more details about my experience when I can start a new thread ^^

my friend did her lipo at The Line, she had to wear a compression garment for a month or two. but the result was good, she said the compression garment was the most difficult part rather than the surgery hahah

I asked to 365mc, TL, Fresh and Dream and the price that they quote me. However, I think it would be different base on your current states, weight/ height and how much fat you have now. This is the price that they quote me :
1. 365mc:
arms- 3.3 mil/ 5.5 includes accessary breast
abdomen- 4mil
thighs- 6.4 mil
back - 5mil

2. TL- no respond.

3. Fresh:
arms- 3mil
abdomen- 4.5 mil
thighs- 4.5mil
back- 4.5ml

4. Dream
arms- 2.5 mil
abdomen- 6mil
thighs- 6 mil

Fresh said they will have promotion in Dec so price could be different. I hope they give me better price when I visit the clinics.
Hope this review help you Forummers!

When are you visiting the clinics? The promo Fresh is doing is 10-15% off until January 10.

365mc specializes in lipo but I would not use them for face fat graft as that's not their specialty. For major body lipo like you're getting, I would only go to plastic surgeon and not clinic like Fresh.

If there's a clinic with separate docs who specialize in body lipo and face fat graft, I'd be interested to know. Given you care about the surviving for fat graft, it would require different lipo technique for the fat taken out for the graft.

365mc was one of my top clinic choices to consider for lipo in the beginning because I know they are really good at lipo, and lipo only. But I ended up did not go with them because I would like to get double eyelid done as well. I needed to find a clinic that is good at both. It's also a bad idea to go to one clinic for one area of surgery and then go to another clinic for another procedure within days of my trip. It's better to have both procedures done at the same time. So I'd only need to be under deep sleep/or general anesthesia once. Not to mention about all the stresses and hassles to deal with at each clinic.

I agree with Gats. I would not go to 365mc for face fat grafting.

As I heard it's rare that clinics would give promotion or big discount during December since it is plastic surgery peak season in Korea. A lot of students would get plastic surgery done during their winter break. And of course the cold weather could help healing process. Please don't just go with whichever is the cheapest. It's your body, it's your face. Please choose wisely. Hope you would be able to find a PS that is suitable for you!
