ashleytin Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 Hi after i seen a lot of reviews and pics, i still can't decide for which clinic to go ahead with. since i will be going alone for operation, I'm also very worried what to do on my own after operation. if its just me or anyone else also think that its best idea to go to Seoul for 5 to 7 days, get consultation with whatever clinics you have in your mind and also prepare where to stay and how to survive after operation at hotel or guest house.. i understand that its time consuming and have to spend money for flight ticket, hotel and other expenses but since we have to pay a lot for PS, adding those money on top to feel secure and will at least make my mind at peace. what do you all think?
vicki_en Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 I agree should go for 7-10 days Seoul. My gf told me that's the average number of days. 5-7 days too rush unless you have source beforehand and know which you'll be going. I have thought of that too but not enough courage. Now with courage but without funds. Lol
ashleytin Posted November 15, 2017 Author Posted November 15, 2017 lol.. what about we save up till january and lets all go together and make a good decision which you will not regret in the future whenever you see your face (as its a PS for rhinoplasty, DES and facial contouring).
mimicme Posted November 15, 2017 Posted November 15, 2017 I am also going alone sometime in December or January depends on how quickly I can save. I plan to do surgeries immediately since I selected my clinics the only thing I'm missing is airbnb/clinic lol. I agree going alone and recovering can be scary. That's what worries me the most
kpsa Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Many have traveled alone for PS to Korea successfully, so I wouldn't be too worried. Korea is really modern, especially in the touristy areas like Gangnam and myeongdong, even most of them don't speak English. The subway is easy to use and taxi are relatively inexpensive. What most here recommend is that you do prepare items to bring along in advance especially for FC, as that is quite invasive. Just research others experiences that certainly helps in what to expect.
kpsa Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Oh, yeah. If you are worried about what to do directly after surgery, a good tip is to ask the clinics directly as they will certainly have experience with solo PS travelers, so you can take away some anxiety. Good luck all!
i-venus-i Posted November 16, 2017 Posted November 16, 2017 Hey I will also be In Jan in Seoul for consults! I’m very excited
