How will age effect your plastic surgery?

Let's say that I had gotten plastic surgery, such as a nose job or a fat graft at a young age. When I get older, will there any complications or anything I would have to watch out for?

I want to know this too... especially since v-line is a more newer procedure. How will it look after 30 years?

I heard the nose continues to grow with age.

this bums me out I probably need some tip work again and I dread the recovery phase. I think the projection and angle are really important considerations to future proof your nose job, it seems most surgeons don't consider this much.

Yes the nose and ears continue to grow with age. The nose tip starts to droop downwards. I had tip rhinoplasty in my 30s to raise the tip up but it drooped again almost 20 years later so I got a rhino and a very upturned young looking nose in my 50s.
