Thank you all so much for being so kind to me, it really means a lot. I wasn't expecting people telling me not to change anything as this is a forum for plastic surgery I will take your considerations and maybe start off with something more temporary! I am not getting surgery any time soon as I would still need to save up, so there is still time for my face to mature. If after these years, I am still unhappy then I will consider seriously going through with changes or maybe I will be happy with myself Again thank you, maybe my face is not as horrible as I believe hahah

You have a nice face shape already, and botox will help to slim it down further. Why don't you "test" it out with botox and be sure that you actually like the look of a slimmer face before you do something permanent? Surgery is permanent, not semi-permanent. And as for cost, it would take YEARS before the cost of botox would equal the cost of the surgery. With botox at least you can fine tune over time and if you want to keep making it slimmer. With surgery you're basically stuck with whatever your surgeon decides in surgery. At most, people get botox like 2 times a year to maintain the look. It's not that crazy expensive. It honestly seems like you need to do a lot more research.

yw .consult with many clinics and they will recommend what you they think you need . Tell them your concerns about aging . Also, Join a kaoko talk group for facial contouring as well . You can gain alot of information there from other people who have had fc or who want it done.

Hey OP i think you are really pretty. I do not think your faceline is horrible at all. Depends where you are i think cheekbones could be considered prized unlike SK's view of beauty. However if you are concerned about your chin or lower part of your face, you can consider mini v (genioplasty) and/or mandible surgery. But i agree with others opinion here you should take less invasive procedure first, see how it works out.
Take every advice with a grain of salt and please do as many consults as you can to seek opinion frm different drs before you decided. Good luck!

Hey you know the actress/singer nana? She has strong featrues but is really gorgeous. If you contour and soften it up a little I think you will like the results. Have a google of her u'll see what im talking about

Removing wisdom teeth may soften up jaw a bit. There is a slight possibility of class 3 mandible (even if its minor) judging from the area around the mouth and chin. That could be the main reason for long face.

I noticed that most people here will just say nice things without addressing the issue. Get panoramic X-ray from your dentist, it may give you some idea for wisdom teeth and if it indeed is class 3 mandible (underbite).

Well my top row of teeth go over my bottom so if anything I have an overbite. I will definitely visit a clinic and see what they recommend, whether that just be Botox or a surgery. Thanks for giving me some advice, and I do plan on removing wisdom teeth as I have a rather small mouth even though my jaw is quite large. I feel like the picture is also quite misleading and that's why everyone was being nice, but I do appreciate for them as it made me feel like I didn't need to do it right now.

Honestly you have a beautiful face. And great profile, wouldnot do any PS, @ ur age. Ur nose n chin are,in good balance. And ur front face is too.
Maybe what u dont like is that it is not "fashionable" beauty face, tiny chin heart faced, but u are a natural beauty, that is unique, not cookiecut. Also there is nothing that is obviously out of proportion ,if u take away things on ur face, it will get out of balance.
If u still insist, B4 doing any sx, take the less, extreme method like some suggested, even if it might be temporary, to see if what u imagined is what is reality. REMEMBER Once it is cut, it is forever, no amt of money will undo.
Of course drs, tell u prbly someone young will have no sag or issue but honestly if skin n tissue are draped over something that is now decreased, it is common sense there will be looseness, just how much??. There is no guarantee what it will be until its done. Do ur research in procedures what they will do to compensate. Ppl get stuck on the end results but dont take, into account how it is done, what technique, what muscles what bone. How many techniques are done for that kind of issue. Only afterwards, hindsight is,20/20. Like other poster said focus,on,eating healthy and exercise.
Ultimately, whatever you decide, the best of luck.
