It's actually quite popular in Korea and because I'm asian, I thought I may try it! But I don't know what's really effective.. I'm not really thinking of getting surgery for it, but I may just try botox or filler this time. But do they really work? I'm scared that doctor may overfill my lips.. hohohalmoni Posted January 25, 2018 Share Posted January 25, 2018 I've seen some people who did the surgery, and they all looked really unrealistic and scarry because the incision is so noticeable and it seems as if the lips were torned by force. One of the surgeries that I never understand. Filler could lift the corners, but are made puffy at the same time, so you should try botox. They inject it on the muscles next to the lower lips which prevent those muscles to pull down the lip corners. It has to be repeated every few months, but it's quite effective though.
