Is it better to do procedures such as rhino, blepharoplasty, facial contouring, fat grafting, and jaw shaving all at once or would it be better to separate them?

If they were to be separated, which cosmetic procedures would go best with the other? I am genuinely confused because most people choose to do their eyes, nose, contouring, and jaw shave all at the same time, but wouldn't that alter your results because of all the swelling mid operation?

it doesn't really alter your results. i know people are concerned about facial harmony but that's not too difficult to account for in the hands of an experienced surgeon. the best thing you can do is wait but if you can't, then yes, you can do them all together. just be prepared for extreme discomfort the first couple of days due to swelling lol. if you separate them you must wait at least 6 months in-between each procedures to account for post op swelling. it's also wise to understand what each procedure does and how it can alter other parts of your face (which many people don't think about.) epicanthoplasty makes eyes look larger, closer together, and less slanted–it also makes the nose bridge a bit more defined (therefore, getting epi, cantho, and rhino can drastically alter your appearance.) canthoplasty can sometimes mask a slightly wide zygoma. fat graft can round out an uneven facial contour. your issue may be muscle where you thought it was bone, etc etc... you can discuss it with your surgeon to avoid a doll face look ^.^

Thanks!! This was supper helpful. I actually love the doll-like face look- but a natural one. I think it's so cute and attractive on the eyes. I AM a bit confused as to whether or not my face would need a fat graft or cheekbone contouring- but that can be resolved by asking the surgeon like you said. Thanks!
