But let's say you have a $10,000 procedure and you're coming from a different country. Call me stupid but if you want the discount you're going to have to lug around $10,000 bills?
pinkplum523 Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 I think some clinic give about 10% discount instead of issuing tax refund receipt. If you don't wanna travel with all the cashes, just use the credit card and take advantage of the tax refund. You won't be paying too much, probably 2-3 %.
