But let's say you have a $10,000 procedure and you're coming from a different country. Call me stupid but if you want the discount you're going to have to lug around $10,000 bills? If you don't wanna travel with all the cashes, just use the credit card and take advantage of the tax refund. You won't be paying too much, probably 2-3 %.
