101 is a local clinic and Dr. Paik is very well known and respected. He does speeches at conferences for rhinoplasty every year. He doesn't need to advertise, post pictures or sponsor anyone. He does one surgery a day and is booked literally months in advance.

Please remember that 15+ years ago, there weren't forums for plastic surgery and no one had websites with tons of before and afters. It was all word of mouth.

Today is the first time I checked out their website and I was amazed all three doctors are ex Professors. That is huge!!! Hence their prices would be premium. I still wish to see some b&a when I see them in person as their 'natural' rhino may not be dramatic enough vs what the locals like.
