What would the key element be when looking into clinics? Especially for bone surgery.
Is it that they had no accidents; Anesthesiologists; reviews about the clinic/doctor?

Having no accidents I would say is the number one factor I look out for. Also researching the Dr's previous work and reviews. Normally good Dr's don't come cheap but you definitely don't want to risk your face by trying to save a little money
