baymax Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 Hi everyone, I’m looking to get my skin lasered in Seoul. I want to correct my pores, redness, spots and blemishes.. basically correct my overall skin while I’m in Seoul. I’m not sure which treatment would be helpful... skin resurfacing? Fraxel? I have been researching and found only a few clinics but I haven’t consulted for the price. • Oracle • Renovo • Renew • Grace I got a quote from Banobagi Dermatology for all in one treatment using 3-4 lasers for 2,200,000 KRW. I would like to know if anyone can recommend any treatment or clinic. Thank you so much! I’ll be in Seoul at the end of March.
heart2heart Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 What kinds of lasers? That's so expensive. Can you please tell us? Thank you dear.
rubyng Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Have you decided with clinic you will be there ? and which treatment? I have the same concern as you but i dkn where and which treatment i should do?
ching888 Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 I guess U&I is pretty cheap and seems like they are a great clinic... they quoted me $150 for full legs hair removal(calf+thigh) while most clinic quote me more than $300 for 1 session.. they have special promo with $500 for 5session... they have prices in their site if you can understand korean, you can also message them at their facebook account but they reply pretty late tho
sheonlylooks25 Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Try ReNewMe Skin their website is http://rnmeskin.net I don't understand the prices in Korean money but I love what they do. I figure I will be spending all my time there getting skin treatment.
starry-eyes Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 H Ching888, Do you have a link for this clinic?
starry-eyes Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 Thank you for the link! But they seem to be on the higher priced side. On the website they show 1,000,000 for Pico laser toning, which is about 3 times the price I've paid before outside Korea.
maitai7432 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Ive heard really good things about Dr. Oracle (Oracle still the same place? ) But I can only find like a sub web-site through a medical tourist site and not the actual web-site.. How long should one stay in Korea to do facial treatments? In particular Fraxel- to get the best results? I hear you need to do at least 2-4 treatments spaced out 1 month apart.. Intracel— Is it worth just doing one treatment and returning 6 months to a year later or doing the other treatments?
ching888 Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 This is where I message them with my queries: https://www.facebook.com/uni114/ And this is the website: http://www.uni114.co.kr/
sheonlylooks25 Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 What are you treating? Intracel is RF micro needling. Is it for acne scars or wrinkles? I know in the b&a Fraxel treatments on neck wrinkles for example, took 4 rounds. Returning 6 months later for your second round may work, you have to ask your doctor and it could depend on what you are having.
hannahpeng Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 My Korean Friend recommended skinchois.net at Sinsa (Samsung building). Most foreigners wouldn’t know this as its website is only in Korean.
wanderlusts Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 I had water shine injection with skin botox recently and my face especially forehead is glowing after a few weeks after. The dermatologist was so nice and I find myself a lot reduced pores and shiny skin. It was hyundai aesthetics near sinsa station.
sheonlylooks25 Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Yes, I want water shine injections but they only last for about a month, I have read. Boo Hoo. I don't think it is avail in the USA either.
peachcream01 Posted March 20, 2018 Posted March 20, 2018 Just wanted to share my experience. I went to Korea in Nov and went to CNP clinic, saw Dr. JKim. My main concerns were acne scarring and enlarged pores because i was just visiting for a few days the derm suggested intercel, I was charged in total $330 for 1 intercel procedure. I also did botox meditoxin for 10 units and was charged $120 for it. After looking at the prices for other clinics I feel like I paid a lot. Foreigners tax for sure
tsbartels Posted March 25, 2018 Posted March 25, 2018 Thank for sharing. The clinic is You & I right? And not U&I as it seems this has another website http://www.uniclinic.co.kr/sub02_01_02.php.
