mlydzz
What are the pros and cons of each one? I excluded the forehead implant because I've already seen bad reviews on those long term and it doesnt look pretty. Bone cement sounds more appealing than fat transfer at the moment, has anyone done it yet?
missy_sana
I also had the same exact idea, but Dr Seo at MVP talked me into trying out a forehead fat graft first. So I did, and am glad that I didn't start on an aggressively invasive procedure like forehead bone cement (after peeling back the entire forehead skin? <shudder>!). Don't even try an implant, before trying FG to see if that is just all you need! Make sure you freeze the frown muscles with Botox at same time as FG, cos they will show through after a matter of days/weeks!
perceval
Out of the two, bone cement would be the best. Feels natural, and I believe you won't be getting any infections either. Fat grafting is fine too, just isn't really natural if you poke your forehead, also isn't permanent. But I think it would be great as a first impression, you know, just to get an idea. jamie82
Get the less invasive one first with less permanent effects in case you don't like it .
