I was wondering if anyone have experience on fat dissolving injections for the face to give the face a more v line shape? I was wondering if injection would work or should I op for another procedure? ( my face’s structure already have a V shape and no muscle (so idk about Botox) but the v shape is hidden by the fat TT) PS: if anyone have questions about DES @ MVP I would gladly share my experience. I’m currently 4 month post op for DES
jamie82 Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 Why injection? I've heard it might not end up even on both sides. If you are thinking kybella it's FDA indications are for under the chin. Aka submental area. Anywhere else is off label and may be risky. I think losing weight first helps. Then accusculplt for fat and ulthera helps to tighten the tissue layers. Make sure to ask your doc of choice if the fullness may be due to large buccal fat pads or salivary glands - also make sure to establish your tissue profile since skin with low laxity can sag after losing fats.

I was thinking injections over liposuction for the chin area because I feel lipo might be too much/ the cost is a bit out of my budget at the moment. I had a few people suggest injections to me before so I’ve been curious.
