starry-eyes Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 Hi SheOnlyLooks25, May I ask what did you have done with Dr Israr Wong? He seems to specialise in fillers & thread lifts but not in dermatology. Thanks
sheonlylooks25 Posted April 7, 2018 Posted April 7, 2018 That's right he is not a dermatologist. He is a cosmetic doctor. I haven't seen him yet but I intend to for Ellanse after my facelift.
starry-eyes Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 Having now seen both Dr Israr wong at Knightsbridge and Dr Lee Mun Heng at Cambridge, I can say that Cambridge is way more professional. 2 out of 3 times that I went to Knightsbridge specifically to see Dr Wong, he didn’t show up. The staff didn’t even say anything the first time and just got a different doctor to do my procedure without telling me. The only time I saw Dr Wong, they apply numbing gel before I even met him for consultation. Plus the staff keep asking me to top up money for furure procedures. Doctor Wong himself is great and I would love to properly consult with him but I get the impression that the only way to actually speak to him is while he’s performing another procedure on me, but I don’t feel its right to do things that way. Since its so hard to actually see him I decided to go somewhere else. Also, cos he seems to specialize in injectibles & threadlifts but not so much in skin. Luckily, my experience with Dr Lee was the opposite of that with Dr Wong, and I love how patient he is and not rushed at all during the initial consult. He even said I don’t need to do anything else besides my skin for now, whereas Dr Wong recommended at least 5 different procedures. So for now I really hope that the Neogen Plasma skin treatment actually works, cos I just bought 2 seperate packages for face and eyes treatment. I’m considering eventually doing a threadlift in the next year maybe and I was initially set on Dr Wong, but now I may just go with Dr Lee.
chpwhy Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 I have been to Doc Siew's clinic (Radium medical at suntec) twice this year. Both times he and his nurse did not try to sell me services i did not need. In fact, Doc Siew discouraged me from doing jaw botox because he did not think it would help me. First treatment i did was under eye filler, the second was for skinbooster + a filler that promotes collagen growth (the name escapes me). What i appreciate about his injection is i come out looking natural, not overfilled.
georgiarikako Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 I had the same experience before. For me, I go to Dr Daniel Chang for my skin and thread lift treatments. I liked that Dr Daniel only does what I need, and even discourages me from doing more treatments! My girlfriends always say that his threadlift and fillers for me are elegant yet so natural.
