As a breast reduction I meant about surgical reduction of tissue, skin, fat to make breast smaller and less sagged. That would be really appreciated. Well, breast reduction is not for me (I am 80/D but not that sagged yet since I have no children) but for my mom. She is 80/D too, but her boobs are almost on belly button level (she would kill me if she finds out what I said about her boobs haha) and they look like 10kgs of flour in 50 kg sack (so sagging and not full). I think she needs extreme reduction so choosing a surgeon is really important. Eurasianbeauty, pleas post everything after your consultations.

They are very similar but the reduction takes skin and fat out of the breast. The lift is more about the position of the nipple and skin. You can have a reduction AND lift at the same time.
