Would fat grafting or zygoma reduction be more suitable for protruding cheekbones/uneven faceline?

D85DF378-9EC1-4724-87A7-211EA34C52CB.jpeg Hey girlies! I’ve had mandible reduction about 1 and a half year ago at MVP and posted my experience on this forum before. I’m happy with the results but since my lower face has slimmed down, I feel my cheekbones protrude a lot more. MVP still don’t suggest I do my cheek bones as they feel it’s not wide enough and won’t produce much drastic results, so I’m looking to maybe fat grafting to my cheeks and temples to soften up my face? Because I actually like my cheeks when I smile since it’s plump and more rounded, instead of sharp and pointy. Here’s a pic of me not smiling to show how protruded my cheekbones are :sad:
What do you girls suggest I do? Have you had any similar problems/experiences because I’d love to hear your suggestions and advice! Thank youuu

Thank you sooooo much! Your reply was very informative. I love your posts and reviews on fat grafting! It’s made you look so young and youthful! You look so beautiful ;-;

Thanks so much! I’ll measure my zygoma because it’s really been an issue like I don’t know whether the rest of my face is just too small or my zygoma is just to wide!

My zygoma is 15cm and my head length is 24cm !
So I think I just have a huge head :sad:
I didn’t do chin! But I had chin fillers in my home country to make my chin more pointier and V shaped :oh:
I say if your chin is fine, leave it alone hehe

Thank you soo much! I feel a lot better. Will definitely look into fat grafting! I love that cute puffy look Koreans go for and also am really motivated by yours and other forumers’ beautiful results!
When I go to Korea I’ll definitely check into what Dr Oh and other clinics think! But I hear Dr Oh is VERY famous and in demand for facial bone surgery.
