Not only there's promoters and fake reviews to look out for, but I also find it annoying to see newbies immediately starting threads after joining and ask the same exact questions that could have been answered by lurking around and taking time to read other people's comments here.

I've been lurking a while before joining as a contributing member, and I understand if there are need for updates, but come on, newbies, don't be lazy!

Do a "search" for information on the forum before asking other members to repeat themselves again and again!

EXACTLY. I have been wanting to say that for ages!!!! Talk about lazy. Even on the front page which captures latest threads are threads on the same topic! Finally newbies there are some good stuff in the older threads.

I think factory clinics have more promoters and do advertise on here a lot. thats why I'm looking for local clinics where is not tpopular with foreigners

Thank you very much for taking the time for making this thread. as a newbie member I often feel that many of the reviews of the popular clinics are too glowing at times, but I was always wondering if it was just me being too suspicious. now that I got confirmation, I will be more vigilant in my research.
