rac6897 Posted April 25, 2018 Posted April 25, 2018 Hi everyone, I did Accu-zet V contouring (or facial liposuction), which is the method of removing facial fat , at Fresh PS yesterday and just want to share my experience with you. I researched a lot and decided to get the surgery at Fresh PS because of numerous good reviews on the internet, blogs, forums , and impressive before/after pictures. I messaged them on KakaoTalk (ID: freshpseng) They reply relatively fast. The consultant was really nice to me, trying to find the best method in my case and answering all my questions with thorough and detailed explanations ^^. I booked my consultation in advance because I can’t stay in Korea for a long time ~ When I came in to the hospital , the receptionist already knew my name and that I have a consultation scheduled which was quite surprising (in a good way haha) My consultant was Dahyun, very professional, helpful, patient , and fluently speaking English with me. During my consultation, The senior manager recommended me from which areas the fat should be removed to achieve the best look. She also recommended me more procedures to be prettier which is nice of her I booked the surgery next day and was excited but scared at the same time haha ! The doctor, Jong-hyun Hong , who was going to do my surgery, is knowledgeable and experienced in lipo , and tries to do his best for his patients for best final results of course. Happy to be one of his patients! ————————————— After my surgery my face was SUPER SWOLLEN !!! Be prepared guys (just in case haha!) By the way, I didn’t feel dizzy / tired / cold etc .. after waking up from anesthesia! My condition was good. Thanks to the experienced medical staff and doctors My consultant took care of me after the surgery, explained after care instructions, bought me medicine that I need to take , and helped with catching a taxi. I also got ice packs, and two bottles of shakes!! Basically just add milk, shake, and drink because you won’t be able to chew after the surgery soo yummy! rac6897 Posted April 27, 2018 Author Posted April 27, 2018 I was able to eat next day after the surgery. By the way, the result is amazing! I almost have no bruises or swelling and I can see my small face Just can’t smile properly but they said I’ll get better soon Would definitely recommend you to go there

rac6897 Posted April 28, 2018 Author Posted April 28, 2018 4 mil. But it depends on from which parts the fat will be removed. The more areas -> the higher price . Just send them your picture and the consultant will explain you everything haha
hautelady Posted April 28, 2018 Posted April 28, 2018 What exactly is this Accu-zet V? Lipo via canula or some radiofrequency or laser? Googling only leads me to Fresh Ps which does not explain it.

rac6897 Posted May 8, 2018 Author Posted May 8, 2018 Hey guys! Just to keep you updating, I am uploading pictures before/ after 2 weeks! I was able to come back to life after a couple of days. However, applying makeup was a bit painful due to my bruises :0 I'm getting better now Aslo I would like to mention their after care treatments I got after my surgery: after two days, I received a shot for swelling and healite. And after a week, I got heal light treatment which helps promoting skin rejuvenation and improving my healing time. My face was actually swollen a lot (!!) but after those treatments it got better as well as my skin! When I smile it seems unnatural and asymmetric but it should be okay in about a month I have to wear a compression band for 5 hours a day but I'm so happy with my face right now! Hope it will get even slimmer haha XD You can see my changes below :
rac6897 Posted May 8, 2018 Author Posted May 8, 2018 Oh, by the way, my face was swollen because I was so happy with my new face and didn’t wear a compression band for two days Usually the facial swelling goes down fast as long as you follow post operative care instructions!!
elijahspk Posted May 9, 2018 Posted May 9, 2018 It definitely is a remarkable improvement. I don't know why but the lower side of my cheeks are kinda swollen too(not as much as yours was), but, it looks very bad because my face has no defined jawline. I was considering jawline shaving too but i think it's fat that's the main culprit

I had similar situation with you. I thought I need to do V-line surgery to make my face smaller but as you can see I don’t need to cut my bone to have a slim face! ^_^ and facial lipo is cheaper and safer than the bone shaving
