thomas-duncan Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 hello missorange, I was surprised to hear that Dr Seong used her own rib because I went to see him 2017 and he suggested cadaver rib and I know that GNG uses cadaver rib routinely. I dont know if the clinic is always empty I can just remember when I was there it was pretty crowded with people in the waiting room. Almost all were asians. That was a good sign for me. Besides JW where only 15 minutes after opening the waiting room was filled with asians too. Regarding your nose : it looks fine from the photo. Maybe show a close up. But you are the one who should know whether you need rhinoplasty or not. If you cant breathe then something needs to be changed. But if you have small irregularities - which every nose has - then I would just leave it alone. Every nose has imperfections. And what I have noticed is that every nose surgery corrects 1 problem and adds another problem into the basket. Its an endless game....

We out way to much on these surgeons that we forget they need to operate to survive. They need business even at the cost of ruining a persons face and life.

Even my best friend who did tons of research between 2014-2016 has never heard of GNG when I asked him. He did his rhino at VIP clinic by the way with fantastic result. Back to you: Your nose is very feminine: from the front it is perfectly straight and the tip/lip ratio at a perfect angle for a female. Also the tip is neither sunken nor upturned (piggy) . It is just where it should be. Very feminine. Your nostrils and alar are equally symetric. "nostril show" is not true in your case . Be happy that you have clear nostrils. Nostrils = Oxygen. My nostrils are 3x bigger and I love it. Further: Your profile (side) view again shows the perfect tip/lip angle which is 100 degrees for women. Your dorsum is straight without any humps or bumps. Also: your profile view clearly shows that your spina nasalis is perfectly attached . It holds your lips in place. I have seen many women who got their spina nasalis cut/removed and because of that their lips is distorted. The only eezy beezy tiny thing that could ever come into your mind would be a curve from the side. Some women want that curve. But im telling you : curve on a womans nose is of equal importance to me as a curve on the road Nobody cares. So... there you have it . No need for rhinoplasty . I cant believe GNG really wanted to do surgery on you. Maybe I should go with JW instead of GNG ? What do you think of Dr Suh ?

matusz Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 Or I'm just someone with eyes lol. Noses aren't suppose to be concave inward at the bottom and her nose is 100% considered an upturned pig nose It doesn't look bad but don't deny fact haha. Especially when you say it is perfect! Lol!

I guess no one has perfect nose but she’s claiming hers is perfect If one walks in a PS clinic asking for consultation, the doctor would definitely recommend something if there’s room for improvement. She walked in there herself n the doctor was merely suggesting what he thinks he can do to improve her appearance. Yes, the price quoted was high but a lot of other clinics have even higher quotes. Especially hers is revision rib nose job.. So can’t really say the doctor is unethical.

But that only shows that there is something wrong with them!!! regarding MissOrange : i like her nose as I said, but if you find it piggie then thats your opinion, and btw MissOrange you are not that typical BDD candidat - whoever told you that - because when I asked you to show close up photos you did not hesitate and did it . BDD people are scared of photos. even wikipedia definition says so .
