madambutterfly89 Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 I know nobody here is a doctor but I'm curious to get some feedback from PForum on what I should do. As you know I have my cheekbone and jaw reduced. ( depressing) The left cheekbones looks overcorrected in person-- It sits lower and push to inward creating this hallowness. My question is : I would like to pull the bone back out a few mm without reducing anything.. Just advance outward. If I choose this option can I get a lift at the same time or would I need to wait a few months before anlift can be done? If you guys were me and the doc says it's possible--would you take the risk and try? Or should I add hydroxyapatite bone paste to add volume on the left side to give and illusion of a lift and structure or try fat graft? Interested to hearing your feedback
