keii Posted May 24, 2018 Posted May 24, 2018 Hello! I'm doing a quick side trip to Seoul in early September, and was thinking of getting fillers. Ideally, I'd like a higher nose bridge, and a slightly sharper chin that looks more natural (definitely don't want that avatar nose!). As you can see from my side profile, my nose starts kind of midway down my face, and i have a very weak chin, often resulting in a double chin in certain angles. What are your recommended places, how did you like your fillers, and what was the cost? I was thinking of DA, Dream or MVP but I'm pretty open!
keii Posted May 28, 2018 Author Posted May 28, 2018 So far I've gotten responses back from these clinics, and thought it might be helpful for others who are looking to get fillers done and wanted to see response times/pricing! All messages were through Kakao or FB Messenger. ME Clinic - Fast response (probably within 2 hrs) but super impersonal. They didn't take a look at the photos I sent (3/4, side, and front), and redirected me to their online reservation page instead. They quoted me:1) Korean brand 'Chaewoom' 132,000 KRW 2) Korean brand 'Neuramis' 242,000 KRW 3) Swedish brand 'Restylane' 363,000 KRW 4) Swedish brand 'Restylane perlane' 484,000 KRW 5) Swedish brand 'Restylane subq' 605,000 KRWI did end up booking an initial consultation anyway because the prices are quite attractive.Dream - Super fast responses considering there's a 16 hr time difference between the West Coast of NA and SK. I'd say the responses were within 1~2 minutes. They actually told me not to do fillers on my nose as my facial symmetry is already decent. For chin fillers, they quoted me:1). 500,000 KRW for Yvoire (1 cc - Korean brand/LG) 2). 940,000 KRW for Restylane (1cc) 3). 1,100,000 KRW for Juvaderm (2cc).I booked a face-to-face consultation with them for September. Found them to be super friendly on kakao, and it was nice to see that they didn't push me for additional procedures (and it was an ego boost that they thought I already did rhinoplasty and only wanted a higher nose bridge). Waiting on these clinics now:The View - So far, no response at all but it might just be busy for them. So hoping I hear back from them soon!DA/DARPS - They did respond quickly at first, but there hasn't been a follow up since the initial "how did you find us, etc". I'll probably follow up again to ask for a consultation and what their prices are.MVP - They responded quickly, but mentioned that they preferred to email instead. So now I'm waiting for their email about cost and options. Hope this helps
nhahuyen Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 Thank you for sharing the information. I am going to Korea in January and thinking of getting the chin filler. Have you gotten it done yet? If so, can you please share your experience and the clinic that you chose? Thank you!
