Is there any clinic in korea that does that ? today i came across ID-Hospital they claim on their website that they do "rhinoplasty under local anesthesia" thanks
nochu Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 According to their websites, Baum, JW, and Pitangui do local with sedation. April31 mentioned they do as well. I think local is the more common method by clinics, rather than the exception, so you will not be hindered by this preference in your search. It’s definitely good to ask during online consults if this is a deal breaker for you.

thomas-duncan Posted May 28, 2018 Author Posted May 28, 2018 because after research i have come to the conclusion that general anesthesia is way harsher for your system. it is too much for a 1-2 hours procedure , especially if just tip work needs to be done. the risks and downtime of general anesthesia are just not worth it. in europe and usa every year people die because of general anesthesia. also: for general anesthesia more medication needs to be injected into your body which isnt beneficial either .
