Hi everyone!

I am about 19 days post op from my rhinoplasty (hump removal, alar reduction, septal cartilage) and I just wanted some opinions on my nose.

Personally, I think the tip looks a bit bulbous. Could it be due to swelling?
I asked for more of a curved nose but it seems more of a straightish curve if that makes sense.

Also, when was everyone able to smile properly?! My smile is gradually coming back but still looks very weird.

Thanks to this forum for all the info!

Hey it might help if you post a before! But yes the tip will absolutely be bigger when swelling and you’re still in your early days

i agree, since its only been a couple days i think it looks bigger due to the swelling but after the first month or two it'll go down and hopefully you get the results that you want XD but even with the swelling i think it looks great (:

Hi! I too think it’s too early to tell for sure, but from what I can see so far, it looks good. You’ve got some good height with the bridge and tip more defined too.

It would help out a lot (both for you to see progress and us to give our feedback) if you posted the same angle shots before and after: front view, 45 degree turn, and 90 degree turn side profile.

What clinic or hospital did you go to?

I think your result looks great right now but it's way to early to judge unfortunately! The tip swelling is the last to resolve and takes up to a year. The upper bridge swelling diminishes first, then the mid-bridge area, and last the tip I'm told. I'm at 8 months and still have tip swelling I believe. You'll just have to be patient but it looks great so far.
