I think you should download the app facetouchup . It allows you to play around with your photos . You can slim down your cheeks and jawline to see how you may look

Thank you krod2017, I definitely will and thanks for recommending the app! Meanwhile, I really do hope that I could hear yr advices on wat method of FC surgery I should get to make my face look smaller. From a distance, my face look extremely big and wide especially without make-up. Also, I’m afraid it will upset the balance of my face if I reduce my jawline sharply. Really appreciate to hear yr recommendations for a balanced and reduced jawline. :smile:

I think a rhinoplasty would definitely help reduce the size of your nose and feminize your features. Right now you have a very strong profile. Since, your cheekbones don't protrude past the side of your face, you don't need zygoma reduction. Zygoma reduction would also force you to get a facelift sooner than needed. However, I do recommend v-line surgery to further sharpen your jaw and chin for a feminine shape. So a rhino and v-line would be what I'd focus on.

Thank you SassyOT for your valuable advice! I was hoping that I would not need to do rhinoplasty after fc surgery but I did consider my nose would be too big for my face after fc and it would be out of balance. :sad: Would 2 jaw surgery be necessary to achieve a slimmer face or would just getting v-line be sufficient? From what i’ve read so far, most of the rhinoplasty is for raising the bridge and not reducing nose size. Any recommendations which doc and ps clinic for nose reduction?

I think it is best to ask different clinics and see what they reccomend and then research the techniques and whatever surgery they reccomend and find out what you think is best for you. Because of your age, I would hate to tell you that you needed fc and then you are left with sagging .

I very much decided with getting fc and i’m prepared for the maintenance required after fc. Cause i’m super fed up with my strong profile. :sad: Having said that, would a facelift with v-line surgery together help?

Unless you have bite issues, you don't need 2 jaw. It's also a very hard surgery to recover from (jaw is wired together for 2 weeks) and I believe braces are needed afterwards. Don't worry Korean doctors are very skilled at reducing big noses. It'll actually be easier to skip raising the bridge, since you have a naturally high bridge. In your case, IMO you would should get tiplasty and possibly osteotomy to slightly reduce your bridge. But, this is just my opinion and I'm not a doctor.

I dun have bite issues, i’m doing fc just for asthetic purposes. I got braces at nineteen though to correct my two slightly protruding front teeth although the dentist say I dun need braces for my case. :biggrin: Erm, in your opinion, any recommendations for which doc and clinic to go for tiplasty and osteotomy? Also, should I get v-line done first, fully recovered then do rhino? Or do both at the same time?

The more procedures you get done, the bigger the discount you get. So it really is up to your pain threshold and your budget if, you want to get everything done at once. But, rhino and v line together is very uncomfortable since you won't be able to breathe out of your nose due to packing and have to breathe out of your mouth. And with v line that might be extremely painful.

If your pain threshold is low, do the rhinoplasty separate from the v line. IMO rhino is easier to recover from than v line so I would get the easier procedure done first, then get v line done second. But that is up to you if you'd rather have v line first.

Also keep in mind if you're not in your twenties, you might have sagging from excess skin, muscle and tissues with v line. So you'd have even more procedures to fix as well with v line.

I’m more or less prepared with the sagging issue that comes with fc. Seems like a facelift is inevitable. Really wan to know if Dr Oh from Regen promises “no sagging” for fc. :cool: If this is true, I dun mind saving more for him to do my fc surgery.

Honestly. My 2cents but,i think sagging is inevitable if you choose to do fc. That includes cheekbone reduction and jaw reduction. Theres nothing basically for skin to cover around. And when you age as well,your skin naturally just sag. Even those without fc surgery tends to seek out facelifts as well.

@WIDEFACE,
Just my opinion, don' mean to offend but u seem a bit overweight, or carry weight in your face looking at ur pics. Before doing any sx, figure out if the bulk is bone related or muscle or fat related. (Me most of my bulky face is from fat, lm older than u, l got FL, NL and lipo for my jowls)when And no matter what, contouring bone will cause sagging. Most PS say no sag bc facial contouring is done on young ppl and sag is minimal but all faces sag as time goes on. )
Research and good luck to you. Take care.

I have cheek fats hence looking at jaw reduction only as my concern is my jawline. My jawline doesn’t have much fats. I have high cheekbones as told by my friends but probably it is concealed by my flabby cheeks. :-s
