wide-face Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 Erm, it’s the jawline i’m concerned about. The cheek fats give volume to my face. If u can see from my side profile, my cheeks fat are quite ok in my opinion. Wish to have a more softer balanced feminine look.
wide-face Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 Thank you! These photos are make-up free. But at a certain distance, my face really looks wide and puffy. Erm, I usually do not cut my hair so short just happened to wan a change after having the same hairstyle for years. Also, I purposely took the photos pushing back my hair to show my full face outline. I’m concerned with my jawline the most.
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Ok listen to me. You don't need cheekbone or jaw reduction. It will elongate your face--Your face isn't wide so reducing it will make it longer. It will also change the way your eyes look due to lack of cheekbone contour. No matter how old you are or what technique a surgeon uses--your face will sag. Our bone structure gets thinner as we age and fc will speed up aging. I suggest you try Botox to your jaw first--that will slim down your jawline. Your nose look fine but if you wanna refine it more that's an option. Trust me, you will find a surgeon who will operate on you. I guarantee that if you choose FC, you will end up spending thousands more to get what you have right now. It's not what anyone wants to hear bc people are so brainwashed from seeing these unrealistic photoshopped before and afters. I hope I can save you from making a very bad decision.
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Try contouring your face with makeup, good skincare and hairstyle--those small changes and do so much to feminize your look.
yourfavasian Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Personally I like your face shape, but if you think you look masculine that's because of your hair style I guess.. or maybe cheekbone, but I don't find you have masculine and manly facial contour!
wide-face Posted June 7, 2018 Author Posted June 7, 2018 I look presentable with make-up but I really hate my jawline cause my face still looks wide, tried botox before but it is not permanent. Just considering jawline reduction not cheekbone reduction.
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Then find a skilled surgeon for a slight cortical jaw reduction. That's where they take the outer layer of the jawbone instead of cutting it
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 However, to be honest with you, your face will thin it as you get older. So you'll need that jawbone. Losing weight will slim down the face without losing definition in the jawline. I really think if you went ahead with surgery it's going to make your face rounder and fatter due to lack of bone support.
wide-face Posted June 7, 2018 Author Posted June 7, 2018 Any recommendations for which doc & clinic for your recommended cortical jaw reduction? I actually lost weight but my face doesn’t really lose weight, it is still rounded and puffy.
sassyqt Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Just because you have a bad result over your zygoma reduction and FC MadameButterfly89, doesn't mean everyone else will. And a genuine botched patient would warn others of the clinic & surgeon, with before and after pictures. You have done neither. In fact plenty of other people on purseforum have been extremely happy over Facial Contouring results. Sarahdomm alone has 195 comments on her fantastic FC post at View Clinic. She has also posted multiple before and after pictures.#
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Here we go again. I choose not to share my face on such a large platform. You don't think I know what I look like? Or heard from others about what a bad decision I've made? What do I get out of this aside from cautioning and educating other girls from making a possible mistake? I don't get any financial benefits like surgeons do. Doctors need to do this type of surgery to survive and keep their clinics open. If you choose to get FC then you better be ready to live with the consequences. It may not happen after a year after your fc but once the swelling subsides and your soft tissue lose its support and starts changing you'll understand. I've seen pretty girls who looked like models before surgery and after fc they just lost that sculpted, feminine, stunning look to them. Also, don't threaten me about sharing my doctors name or my photos. If I want to share them, that's my personal choice. What is your intentions? I'm educating not stopping anyone from getting surgery, but don't come back to this forum complaining on what a huge mistake it was or how you should've listened--bc when that time comes, I guarantee your surgeon won't be there to help you.
sassyqt Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 First off, no one is threatening you since no one knows who you are. You just don't have a leg to stand on. You are spreading misinformation due to your own singular bad results. Again, plenty of other posters have had successful facial contouring and would do it again. I can think of a few who posted pictures here on purseforum from Regen, Banobagi, View, Darps...etc. If you truly wanted to educate people to back up your accusations. You would have had no problem stating which clinic or surgeon you went too or posting before and afters with your eyes blocked showing your "supposedly terrible sagging from FC".
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 Something tells me you're working for a clinic. Photos means absolutely nothing. If you think these girls look anything like their photoshopped, filtered photos, then you're naive. In my opinion, even those who are "happy" looks better before FC.
madambutterfly89 Posted June 7, 2018 Posted June 7, 2018 The whole point of purse forum is to share our own experience with FC. I'm sure everyone already knows the issues the comes with bone reduction. If you don't wanna hear it, you're more then welcome to block me
