I wouldn’t be surprised if all their stars, and even rookies, get cosmetic surgery. The rumor is that Dream is SM’s go-to clinic. It makes sense that a company with a lot of employees getting surgeries would pick one clinic to establish an ongoing relationship with - it’s easier in terms of confidentiality agreements and accounting practices. Also, Dr Park at Dream specializes in closed rhino, which would be important for entertainers that have a lot of close up photography in their work.
