For example, I have seen the same exact before after pictures used on more than two different reviews and the name of the individual that underwent plastic surgery has always been different. For e.g., review on SoYoung she's named Jane but on another site, she's named Alice.

Some people on Soyoung might be sponsored but atleast you can see their before and afters. Screw the commentary or personal stories .

That's why no one really knows which clinic in China is actually good. But, if you have had a great surgery experience in China. Do post your experience here and let us know where it was, so others can go.

You can also use reverse image searches like tineye to see where else that picture has been used on the internet before.
deewills Posted June 10, 2018 Posted June 10, 2018 I agree, I've noticed a very thorough format of writing about some clinic's which goes into so much detail about how good and kind everyone was, how fantastic the surgeon was spending 2 hours going through every detail, that's when I became suspicious, realistically I don't think any busy surgeon would spend that much time on a consultation even if it was the queen of England!

That's because they do exquisite work and can charge an above average price. They aren't interested in quantity, but quality. It's like a mechanic. Scam mechanics just want your money quick for shoddy work and disappear in the night. Good mechanics charge a decent price and do work that makes you come back and recommend them to others.

But meanwhile, if someone posts they had a good result with a clinic. A nasty useless troll can accuse the person of being a promoter.
