In need of infos regarding docfinder/korean surgery

Recommended Posts

Hi there

I consulted docfinder korea to fix a few issues i have

a) Angular Jaw/cheebones
b) hair loss
c) skin issues

They consulted a few clinics and most of them said I'd need V Line/Chin surgery and cheebone Reduction
And Forehead surgery + hair transplant as well as fat grafting to get the look I want.

As for skin issues they recommended various stuff.

I read that docfinder doesnt really negotiate prices and that some clinics do heavy upcharges from forgeiners

Docfinder told me they only send the infos to qualified clinics as most in korea dont have high enough stadarts

My questions now are:

Are those prices listed overpriced?

Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 18.6~19.9 mil krw
7.5 mil krw forehead reduction
15.4 mil krw (2,500 follicle + bone marrow stem cell hair transplant)
Fat graft on whole face : 6.6 - 8 mil krw (stem cell)

What would be my best approach as those prices are actually just as expensive as some clinics in my own country.
How do I workout the best clinics myself?
How would I go on to travel to korea without speaking korean?
(I heard most clinics have in clinic translators though)

Also: I read that most doctors discuss only 10minutes to 30 but I actually don't know what would be needed to get down for the effect I want and feel like I would need a longer consultation. How do I get that?

I really want to do that in korea but all together id probably spend like 50-60k Dollar and thats way too much. I dont have that kind of money and it doesnt appear to be much cheaper.
How would I geta more appropriate price even from the good clincis?
I dont want to go to the cheapest clinic I just dont want to pay a premium price that would postpone the whole thing for another year.

If any of you can help me out with that that would be great.

Those are really inflated prices. Like 2-3 times higher than the market price.

Look here, all PS agencies obviously need profit for their business. Since Docfinder says that their cost is "free", from where do they get the money then? Obviously from taking a commission from the clinic.

As a result clinics will OVERCHARGE you to cover Docfinder's commission. Plus docfinder only recommends big clinics with lots of botched jobs such as Banobagi. You don't need their service

Thank you for your reply.

How would I be able to find suitable clinics on my own with doctors that have qualifications in the field.
I dont want to have a v line done from a doc that does eye surgery and/or has no experience.
And I was told most doctors are able o perform most operations even without experience

Is there anything that can help me work that out?

Regards

I didnt know docfinder recommends clinics with botchered ops as they claim otherwise.
Can someone point me a clinics with very good track record.
In that case I'd call/mail them and do an appointment there and see for myself.
After that I would just do a check on surgeron/clinic again
But I kinda need a strating point

So which clinics are considered "safe"?
ID? Regen?

Definitely not ID, considered a clinic to heavily advertise and botch several jobs. If you look at various posts, they are set as blacklisted. I wouldn’t touch them for such important improvements. For Regen, I’m not quite such sure. I have heard of sponsored reviews, but other than that idk. There are clinics like JK or Hershe that say they never had a medical accident, but I can’t acclaim to the level of quality they can provide for your surgery. I don’t think you need Docfinder, from what my friends tell me, a lot of things are in English, so there won’t be too much of a hassle to get around, and many clinics should have English consultants.

I did research (this forum is amazing I feel like this information on here will help me a lot with my decision I almost went to ID with docfinder..)

So far Opera and Regen are on my radar.
Does anyone know a good clinicthat specialized in skin issues? (I got extremly bad thin skin so it would require someone extremly skilled to figure out which treatments wouldn't be harmful as a lot of options wouldnt be very lieable longterm as they would only mak my skin thinner)

AgaiN: Thank you very much.

IM glad the costs arent that high because I only saved up like 25k Euro and docfinder prices put me at 50-60k which was out of reach

Happy about any additional information
Planning on going to korea at the end of july

I was told that when youre really skin have extremly low fat in the face it may just appear you have high cheekbones but in fact you dont have them.
And that many europeans think that but dont have that in reality.

But they still adviced Zygoma.
Wouldnt it be better to do Vline/Chin and wait for the results to figure out if Zygoma is needed?
Especially since they would do a lot of fat graft cause I currently look extremly gaunt.

Thanks
