thelilachour Posted July 11, 2018 Posted July 11, 2018 I decided to start a thread on my PS journey since I have written a few mini reviews and would like to keep everything in one place, both for myself and to contribute to the forum. Most of my procedures are planned in Seoul, but I have also done a lot (of surgical and non-surgical) in N. America. Sx in N America thus far: rhinoplasty (open, bridge reduction, tip refinement & reduction. 6 month interior dissolvable sutures, 1 week dissolvable exterior sutures on columella) lipo (lower back...obvious sacral scars with 1 week dissolvable sutures superficially and 6 mo dissolvable in deep layers of fascia) lip lift (bullhorn, deep anchor to septum with 6 mo dissolvable sutures, superficially closed by surgical glue) Also (a LOT of) non-surgical and med spa treatments. Which I will not include in this thread unless asked as it is focused on PS in Asia Sx in SK: v-line (bone and soft tissue fc with square jaw bone reduction, asymmetry correction, chin reduction T-osteotomy using titanium plate, masseter muscle reduction using electrocoagulation and 80 units botox). The v-line was au lieu of 2-jaw...although I needed the 2 jaw to fix my asymmetry and malocclusion, I was not willing to stay in hospital and take time off work for that long (1 month vs 10 days). Since then, I went through 20 trays of invisible aligners to space out my teeth crowding as much as possible. I doubt I could ever achieve proper occlusion with braces, retainers, etc (tried all of those), but at this point I would estimate 60-70% of my teeth touch together and they appear straight which is a big improvement. My cosmetic improvement ideal was to achieve a shorter mid face and more symmetrical, smaller lower face. Next sx plans in Korea include: fg to upper eyelids/under brows, and below lower lids Breast fg and body lipo Cheek fat removal...unsure which method yet Veneers (18-20), and gum contour to attempt at fixing asymmetrical upper gum line, cross bite on one side, chipped/uneven teeth from years of malocclusion, and overall tooth colour as I have thin enamel and dentin shows through, making bleaching to the colour I want not possible. Future sx plans include: Second round of breast fg, or small volume Motiva Ergonomix mini implants (Korea) Calf reduction by resection (Korea or TW) Possible brow bone reduction (US or TW) Scar revision (Canada or Korea)
