While you notice more because you’re used to your face, I don’t think your friends and family will immediately. It’s still a natural shape and will become more so with healing. For oily and congested skin, look into a brand called CosRX. They have an AHA Power Liquid and BHA Power Liquid that’s popular in the International AB community. I use them to exfoliate a coupletimes a week and it has reduced my breakouts. Don’t forget to moisturize and wear sunscreen too.
