piikaa Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Hello there lovely People ! I am New to This forum i spend the last week digging on This forum about plastic surgery in Korea but there is Just so much information and so much to choose.. I am from the Netherlands, here we dont have superb plastic surgions unfortunally. Here they only focus on functional, subtle changes and you pay alot of €. I really love the results some of you ladies had and the pictures i found on the internet! I still think its a.bit scary beause i dont look asian but i hope that will be fine if i find a clinic Who is expirienced at This? Due to stress and loss of my father 5 years ago i really lost almost all my fat in my face ( i look 30 instead of 25 now) My jaw is square and i really want to fix my nose( hump on tip and extention at the top) and would love to get some laser facial treatments. Also my uncle wants to Come to do a smash lift, eyelid correction/ browlift and maybe a necklift. ID hospital Banobagi And grand where on the top of my list. But i got a bit nervous after reading the Google review en when i stumbled accros This great blog i velt really anctious. Are these hospital really bad? They are not cheap (i hope to get a good price because i have multiple surgery and my uncle too) and if something go's wrong i need to go back beceause surgeon here have no knowlegde of most operation.. Nobody from the netherlands that i know of went to korea before, so i hope maybe some of you can give me some advise about where to go for consultation and what to watch out for.. I plan to go in december and will make before and after foto's by then. Thanks in advance and have a lovely day
versehg Posted August 17, 2018 Posted August 17, 2018 Hello, I think the best way is to visit some clinics and get consultation from some of them and note hospitals in this forum that offer the procedures that you want to do. Also, check this website http://www.prskorea.co.kr/english/ for plastic surgeons that is trustable because I saw some of them are suspended. I can not say whether ID Hospital or Banobagi is bad or not. But I saw lots of youtubers did their surgery in Banobagi. And I would like to recommend BIO Plastic Surgery because I got Accusculpt there and the result was satisfying. The doctor that handled my Accusculpt also an expert in laser facial treatment. Wherever you and your uncle decide to do your surgery, I hope your surgery will go well ^^ And make sure to make reservations for consultation.
cecilee Posted August 18, 2018 Posted August 18, 2018 There are also medical clinic (?) services such as DocFinder and SeoulMedical (?) that helps foreigners with their journey. I think the big thing I took from here is to REALLLLLLY do your research and ask all and any questions you have, especially at consultations. And if it doesn't feel right, don't feel pressured to say yes to a particular clinic. I came across some worrisome reviews about ID Hospital so just do lots of research!! Also don't put a deposit down before you go to visit the clinic- I've heard it become extremely difficult to get that back...
karema Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 If you do not have any difficulty to find the way then I rather to go by myself without any medical service agencies. ID hospital and Banobagi is quite famous because of their branding but I you never know that which clinics are really good or suite for you. What about searching for several clinics and get online consultation with them? Best thing to know more about the clinics is go to clinics and get consultation face-to-face, you will know more and feel which clinics you will go for surgery.
empressbunnie Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 There are tons of clinics in korea, my suggestion would be to research reasearch. You can eve do online consultation directly through a lot of the clinics. From my experience most of the clinic have English translators. And there are a lot of other services like docfinder if you really do not know where to start. I believe their prices are a bit higher than you trying to find the clinics yourself. Good luck ^.^
mals Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 you are honestly right about this, i didnt realize how crazy these plastic surgery clinics in korea invest in branding themselves through marketing...I would honestly agree x100 regarding going to a few clinics face to face, and making sure you find the RIGHT "doctor" that you feel that you can trust. Don't make the judgement through whats out there online in social media too much because so much of that is sponsored work and all branding purposes as well. I almost gave in to sticking with a agency like Docfinder and Seoul Medical (which I heard was absolutely...lets just not say), but honestly, you will save alot more money and can rather spend it on choosing "quality" doctors if the clinics have english support in their department...As far as I know most places can assist you language wise nowadays!
frangranceaddict Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I think you picked the worst ones...
amazingdifference Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 Dear Lovely New, Sorry for your loss. that's what happened to myself long ago. I have been really depressed for a while after the loss of my father. I looked very older than actually I were. Hope you find the best doctor anw. I'm sure the all referred clinics are quite good. I suggest you study a lot and having the off line consultation first and choose the sincere one for your surgery. that's what I did. Best luck!!
meghanlover-3 Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 no ID and GRAND. I have read too many bad reviews. Not only surgery failed but also people died in those hospitals etc.
mals Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 ive definitely heard this too, theyre just business giants in the industry, not actually good at what they should be good at
watermelon09 Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 Those kind of accidents are famous in Korea. Also, Jewelry because they are partying inside the op room. I agree with this, check http://www.prskorea.co.kr/english/ this website if you are foreigners because some big clinics do swap doctors when doing your surgery if they are busy.
frangranceaddict Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 You are obviously working at nana clinic... so stupid........ go away
