ginger-potato Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 Hi, I've done Rhinoplasty last summer at GNG. For those who are interested about Rhino at GNG, I wanna give you the honest review. I promise this is not sponsored or whatsoever. Just wish this review be a good help for you guys. I always felt my nose is too droopy and fat, and got teased until high school that I look like an old nanny. Before I decide which hospital to choose, I didn't wanna walk a lot to get consultations among different hospitals in Korea, sweating like a maniac. So I had lots of online consultation with various plastic surgery hospitals such as Cinderella, ID, etc. And since I had the quickest reply from GNG, I chose there. (sorry for the online consultant cuz I bombarded her with lots of questions lol) She gave me suggestions about what procedure is recommended based on my pictures, the estimate, and booked my appointment. I paid like 446$ for the deposit to secure my surgery slot. A bit worried, but it was deducted from the surgery cost so wasn't a waste of money. When I arrived Korea, a driver of GNG was waiting for me and sent me to my hotel. And the next day, I visitied GNG in the morning and a English translator Hazel, who helped me through the consultation, examination, treatment, etc, welcomed me. The consultant was kind and seemed like a genuine person, not pushy like a salesman. She suggested Rhinoplasty with tip correction, and connected me to Dr.Hong. He also said that I can see a great result with a tip correction and explained me about the procedure. Basically, you cannot get only your tip done cuz the bridge will look bumpy then. But since my nose had a good height enough, I could use a donated cartilage powder instead of the sillicon. And donated cartilage for the tip as well. I was quite nervous and had a lot of questions, but Dr. Hong was patient with me lol So after he made everything clear, I made a final decision that I'm gonna do it. I had gone through a general anesthesia, and when I woke up, the surgery was done. Hazel and Dr.Hong came visit me and reassured me that everything went well. I spent 2 weeks in Korea, so during that period, I came back to GNG and got the treatment everyday. For the first month post op, I was so worried about my nose that had a nightmare lol But as time went, the swelling and brusing were gone as well and for now, I look so much better. My nose looks slimmer, smaller, and natural. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with GNG about Rhino. I saw some bad reviews about GNG, but it never really happened to me. The price was quite high than I expected, but I think it was worth it. It's my face that I'm gonna have for the rest of my life.
