amali9099 Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 If I post pictures of my face here, can I get honest advice? Currently, my face is also full of fillers. Should I get those removed before getting online consultations with Korean PS places AND for garnering advice here? Let me know and I will upload some pics. I have a degree of dysmorphia and while that doesn't cancel out the fact that I would be better off with some PS refinement, I would appreciate some advice so I don't get preyed upon. At this point, I am thinking of View, JK, VIP, TLPS, or The Line. While I care about cost, I also care about getting the right things done because in addition to having a complex about my looks, I also have neither the time nor the money for revisions. My primary face concerns are: age - early thirties and some mild sagging due to yoyo-weighting a bit. deepened nasolabial folds and some mild volume loss uneven smile - don't know if this something that can be fixed with better veneers or if it is a jaw thing. More likely I need longer veneers on one side. MOST OF ALL: nose - it's huge. it needs to be more refined. mid/lower face - even before fillers (though the issue is now heightened), I have always had a very chubby apple smile/fatty cheeks. This isn't what I want. I want more of a chiseled model cheekbone look (think Hailey Baldwin) like my sister. So my thought is facial liposuction/vaser plus cheek implants. Any clinic recommendations based on this? EDIT - I am not East Asian. I am South Asian with medium skin tone more prone to scarring. So far: View (I just talked with marketing, not an actual surgeon) was surprisingly conservative. They said to dissolve the fillers, get fat grafting, a thread lift, and a rhino. But I reaaaaallllllllly want submalar implants/some fat removal for that elegant boned look.
