I went to 8 different Consulatation and why I decided on the final clinic and my experience.

First clinic I went to was BK because I heard it from one of my Korean American friend told me her friends and family had got stuff done there. Place was a little outdated but consulatant was very nice. My friend and I didn’t know what to expect since it was our first consultation, they offer us after care and stay since we weren’t from Korea. Prices were very reasonable. At the end we didn’t choose this place because the doctors just said yes to everything we wanted. After Consulatation with other doctors I learned a few other things that I couldn’t do.

Second place we went was Wonjin, my friend said it is very popular among the locals. Even though it had bad rep on this forum we decided to go for consultation. They lost our appointment when we went there. So we had to wait extra time. And they wouldn’t let us meet the doc unless we put down deposit. So we were kind of bum.

After that we went to GNG. Well more like my friend did. I didn’t have time to go with her for that appointment. I only got quotes from the photos she show the doc there. So I do not have much comment on this. She said she didn’t feel welcome there, so I didn’t even bother to go there for myself since we plan on doing stuff done together at one place.

Then we went Banobagi, I really like this place. Very clean and seem very organized. The consulatant Swede very nice, but the main doc Dr.Lee I know he is one of the best but we felt like we were rushed. My friend who wanted to get eye done he didn’t even bother to like try to show her eyelid lines he just say he can do it. So she wasn’t very happy with that. At the end we didn’t go with Banobagi because the prices were high.

After that we went to ID, my friend really like this place. She liked the doctors, I liked the doctors. They were very nice and listen to all your concern. They also offered us very nice prices. I have my doubts because on this forum ID is very blacklisted. It was a very busy clinic, lots of clients. My friend was set on this clinic, but I still have my doubts because I didn’t feel comfortable with the consulatant. She didn’t seem to give a **** about us. She told us they are very busy and they open booking Get book every 5 Min. If we want to do next day we got to pay deposit now. So my friend and talk for a bit and she really want to put deposit down, so we call the consulatant back and she told us there were no open slots for another week and we lost our chance. So we left, later the day she called and told us one spot open up so my friend put her deposit there. I was still very iffy about the place so I wanted to go more clinics.

Then we went to JW, clinic was very clean and updated. One of the nicest clinic we went. We really like the two doctors we saw. They were very attentive and answered all our concerned. I really like this place, I felt comfortable here, but at the end we end up not going with this place the price was almost 4 times more than all other clinics that we went to.

After that we went to Namu, very small clinic near Gangnam station, staff are very welcoming. I actually really like the doctor. He is super nice and took his time with us. The price was is average price, but we haven’t negotiated. We were kind of in a rush because we were late for our appointment for View. The consultant she is very pretty but both my friend and I we weren’t very happy with her nose and when she told us she got it done at the clinic we kind of just left without even bothering to bargain the price... but who know maybe some of you like that style.

Last but not least, we made it to view an hour late for Consulatation, I thought they were going to reschedule us since they were going to close in 30 Min. But instead Anna English consulatant welcomed us like we were her friends and even the doctors stay behind have consultation with us. We were there almost 3 hours. Anna is very talkative and she will make you feel very comfortable. After seeing the doctors I was set I like this clinic and I was going to go with it. So I told Anna about my budget and what I wanted to do. And compare with other clinics I asked if they could match the prices and I was ready to sign my life away. My friend had already put down $300 deposit at ID but she also like view and she said she feel much more comfortable here. Anna told us she can definitely schedule me for the next day surgery, but she would have to call some people to see if she can squeeze my friend in as well since they were fully book for next couple of days. So I decided to put down my deposit, and I told her about our concern for hotel stay since we were from US. Anna arranged us to stay at the hospital for 6 days, even after our negotiation for free of charge with drink coupons and free breakfast every morning. That night we feast like king eating BBQ since we weren’t allow to eat or drink before surgery. My appointment for surgery was at 12 so they wanted us to go there at 9 to do blood works and stuff. When we got there they said she was able to ask the surgeon to stay over time to squeeze my friend in as well since we were both getting done by same two doctors. One thing I wasn’t happy that they didn’t tell me that they replace my appointment with my friend. They didn’t even tell me about it. I was hungry and thirsty whole day, and my surgery didn’t start until 5pm. I was very mad about that. They should had told me if I was going to get replace them I could had eaten early breakfast. After I confronted Anna and Stacey about it they apologized, they were trying to squeeze my friend in and they had to pushed back my surgery. I didn’t come out of surgery room until 10:30pm. To my suprise I didn’t have any pain at all. Wrost pain I got was when the nurse poke my vein wrong when they were trying to put in anesthesia. Can’t blame them I have small vein, I normally get poke 2-3 times every time I donate blood or need blood. We stay at Hosipital for 6 days, then Anna arranged us hotel near the hospital for 80000won a night for next 8 days. I got my nose, chin implant, and fat grafting with Stem cell and Prp. So needed the stiches remove on day 7 for nose and stiches for chin on day 14. During the healing they offered us deswelling treatment every other day. And we even got vitamin shots. My friend and I also got quite frustrated with them about the money charge because we ask them to charge us in Won but they charged us in dollar. After I told Anna that by doing that it make about $500 different for us and she refunded us the first charge and redo the charges. Other than that I don’t really have anything to complain about them. Anna, Stacey, and Jennifer they all try their best to make us feel at home. I am writing a review because I promise to write an honest review of my experience for bargaining after I already decided I was going with this clinic. Before surgery I never knew I bruised easily... Currently I am 3 weeks after surgery, I am back to my normal life working. All my coworkers think I look very pretty. I still feel very numb for my bottom lip and chin, but I asked the doctor before we left and he said depending on the patients it can take from 1 months to 6 months to heal. So I am not too worry. I will be going back there in 3 months for my second fat grafting in Nov. If you are going there around that time feel free to contact me ^^ we can totally meet up. Hope this help!! I totally recommend this clinic to any of my friends. I mean they are not perfect at communication, but they alway try their best to solve any questions or problem that you have. Their service is one of the best I recieved among other clinics. As for the results after my swelling is going down more and more I am starting to fall in love with it. When I was bruised up I look scary... like I mean I look like I m a zombie walking down the street. But day after day it starting to look more natural. Super happy!!

I am so happy for you. What did View did for your nose? I am looking for a good revision doctor for nose. Can you help by sending me your b/a photo privately?

Mine wasn’t a revision, mine was primary. I got bridge tip and osteotomy with goretex instead of silcone because the doctor said it look more natural and not as fake looking. Please message me and I can send you some before after but I am currently still healing still I am only 3 weeks ops. I heal very slow... but my friend who only got done tip and bridge she look amazing cause she heal very fast. We went to same doctor.
