If so, can you please share your experience? I am looking for a place to get my eyebrows and eyeliner done in Seoul in January 2019. I want a very natural style since I don't wear makeup often. If anyone knows any good place, please recommend. I contacted both Gyul and Abil. The price at Gyul is double the price at Abil, but I think Abil is just an individual technician place, not really a clinic. So I am concern about their safety and cleanliness. I would not mind paying to go to the clinic, but I cannot find so many before and after pictures from Gyul or any other clinic from google. Thanks.
