emma_me Posted September 22, 2018 Share Posted September 22, 2018 Did you do alar reduction? or only nasal bridge augmentation. seems your alar still wide. if you did only nasal bridge augmentation and no alar.. yes. can see nostril when you smile. and i think Doctor didn't do nasal tip plasty perfectly. Didn't want to be negative but it looks like your tip is up alot. It will drop some but probably not as much as you will hope...but don't worry you can always correct it.
