You are still looking for ways to fix this situation.
That means you are strong.
You could have just give up everything which you did not.
Through all the difficult times that you went through, you survived. You are much more stronger than any other people(including me).

She managed to find a surgeon in US to fix it after all her hard work. Finally, its a closure for her.
