My PS journey or I: before surgery
Hey guys!!! I just wanted to share with you my experience on my ps journey thus far ( and in real time-currently in Korea day 5). I have been following/reading different threads on PF since December 2017 and have done pretty extensive research via different ps webpages, techniques, implants etc quite some time. I’ve also been on different kakao group chats and have learned so much from others’. I’m excited to share with y’all my personal experience before surgery and after.

1st off, I wanted to find a clinic that had different specialties all in one place because I was planning to do several things. After researching a bunch of clinics I narrowed down to View, Namu and Uvom. I liked how these 3 clinics had different drs. who were specialized in different areas. Initially I planned to do fc, rhinoplasty, fg and eye revision. But months went by this year, And I decided I wanted to get breast too! I have spoken with each clinic online and after reading others’ reviews, I decided to schedule appointments for only view and namu because I had a really good feeling about them. But even before going to Korea, I had a feeling View would be my choice because I knew Dr. Choi was an expertise in Motiva ( which is the implant I wanted) and Dr. Lee’s fc and rhino results were amazing from ig posts, there website and misooda etc.

My consultation day was quite long I met with my consultant first, did my body check up and met with each doctor individually. I described to them what I wanted and they took my considerations in and told me what I should do to have the best results. I agreed with each of them ( with some modifications) since they’re the experts. With everything being said, by the end of my consultation I had great confidence in them and decide to go with them. I cancelled my consulting with Namu. I know what some of you are probably gonna say or think like why or how come you didn’t consult with others but tbh, it was my decision ‍♀️ *gut feeling sorta speak.

Now I wanted to to make a side note about the material I’m using for my nose. It is goretex rather than silicone. I have been going back and forth with what material because of both pros and cons. This was a big question I had for dr lee and he explained to me that yes, gortex poses its own complications but it is also more sturdy, less chance of infection and more natural looking. Dr lee has also performed countless rhinos with beautiful and successful results. I have also spoken with girls on PF that have done goretex and have had great results! He also explained to me if a revision was desired it’s not IMPOSSIBLE just a bit more challenging but it can be done. ( I’ll cross that bridge if i need to in the future). With that being said, surgery is tomorrow. I’ll keep you posted✌

Hey guys!

I am now 16 days post op and I wanted to share my experiences and my B&A’s too! It was definitely a emotional roller coaster but so far I’m liking my results more each day! For the first week after my surgery I stayed at View’s VIP room and the care was phenomenal. Whenever I had an issue, it was addressed immediately and if I had a serious concern they would schedule me to see the dr. ASAP.

The first week of recovery was definitely the hardest. Not only did I have to deal with my swollen face, I also had BA too... I think the worst part that I experienced was the effects of GA had on my body. On my first night after surgery, my throat was so dry but it was so hard to drink water and i couldn’t breathe because of the packing... the same day, after my consultant brought me my meds and I couldn’t even swallow it without feeling like I was choking. My consultant was super sweet and she went back to the pharmacy to have them crush the pills for me. I have to say, the amount of drooling you have the first 4 nights is ridiculous! During my second night, I felt like I was drowning in my on saliva because I couldn’t breathe since my nose was packed. It was the worst feeling ever!! I contacted my consultant and she send a nurse to see me right away! After my packing was removed on day 3, I was still super congested. Day 3-4 was the peak of my swelling. By day 5-6 by things started getting better and that’s when I started eating some tofu soup and walked around ALOT. Seriously walking is the key to de-swelling. I think there were days I walked 8-9 hrs around Seoul.

For my fc, I definitely see a huge improvement, my vline is coming along nicely but there’s still visible swelling, but I know it’ll take months before seeing my final result.

For my eyes, it was a revision. I asked to make it even because my before pic there was barely any swelling from the beginning. The incision is really nice and I move my eyes now

For my nose, when I first took my cast off, my nose looked huge and it looked crooked. I was so shocked and sad about it. Everyone reassured it was the swelling but I was in

disbelief, I told Anna (my consultant about it) and she immediately set up an appointment with dr lee. He looked at my nose thoroughly and said it was the swelling and I didn’t have to work about it. By day 16 I still see the swelling but my nose is smaller and fits my face shape.

For my breast, there really wasn’t pain but just discomfort. However I was able to mobilized

More than I expected. By 2 weeks it’s still a lot softer. However there are times where I feel it’s still tender and sore but I think that it’s still normal since it is still healing.

For fat graft, i think this was the reason why my swelling was so intense. I was actually quite surprise that the most pain I felt was from the site where they took my fat out ( back of my thighs)

You look amazing! Love the results! All the pain you had to endure has paid off so nicely! And I'm sure it will get even better in a few months but even now you look awesome, You looked great even before. Love your lips. Thanks for sharing your experience. I am also considering View for consultation.

Update!!

Hey guys so it’s been about 6 weeks since my surgeries. My nose and face shape has definitely skimmed down and a lot but the level of swelling really depends on what you eat/do everyday. I have finally started to sleep more flat but it def makes me nervous still. The senses on my chin are slowly coming back but still “numb” and really tight. I remember there was a few days where there was a lot of pain around my mandible area and it made me so nervous because I’m always worried about the possibility of infection. Even tho I have left Korea, Anna ( from view) is still really responsive and reassuring this is all part of the healing process. Here are some updates on my face  if you want to see my eyes, fee free to pm me!
