cloey Posted October 5, 2018 Posted October 5, 2018 Hi everyone. I’m new to the whole getting plastic surgery in Korea train, so I don’t really know much about what I should be looking for. As I’m trying to gather information, I keep seeing the term “dolly” being used around, but there were no photos attached to the word. I’ve looked up on google, but it doesn’t really register anything. So, I wanted to ask if anyone can post pictures of what they consider natural, dolly, or dramatic? so that I can see the difference. (The reason why I’m also asking for “natural” is because I’ve seen some people post about natural noses but they don’t look natural to me? So I wanted to see what people think is natural to them). Thanks!
tina1998 Posted January 1, 2019 Posted January 1, 2019 i think natural is something like iu, yoona, suzy and dolly is something like ulzzang (that looks too perfect for being real or it looks artificial)
Livflorence Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 Dolly is sharp for V line and for nose is more to S shape. Natural is more round on the chin and straighter on the nose
new_self Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 I know its good to take photos as reference but is it better to show them their own patient photos? Taking their own patient photos means that they'd understand what 'Natural' means to me right?
yagirlcyn Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 I guess 'natural' is the eyelids are rather slim and not too big while 'dolly' is quite big eyes with under eyes filled with filler or fat transfer. While 'dramatic' is very small eyes to begin with, and then you open them up.. this is my definition of the eyes haha
Livflorence Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 You are right! It’s also good to show pictures which you think is natural as different people has their own perspective of what is natural to them and what is not.
