I chose a small clinic so all the staffs speak Korean (if you need more information please pm me, I don't feel comfortable giving out information in the public). I know just a little bit Korean but not enough to communicate and research. Today I'm doing a review about a medical agency, which is not well-known and I knew them purely through google. Disclaimer: I didn't get paid or didn't receive any sort of discount or deals with either my clinic or with the agency, they didn't ask me to write a review for them either. My purpose of writing this review is to help others who need specific services for surgery (for ex: research hospitals on your behalf, need a translator to communicate with the hospital staffs, or the whole package which they'll do everything for you). Their services are not free an I like it that way - NOTHING is FREE literally in my opinion. The agency name is My Secret Seoul. I needed only translation service since I can research hospitals on my own and only them offering such services. I was skeptical at first, but from the time of researching until my surgery is done, they're always there for me when I need them. They helped me to translate what I needed to ask the hospital staffs and arranged a translator when I came to Korea. My translator was there from the beginning of my surgery until the end (this was confirmed with my family member since he was there the whole time too). The organization founder Jeet was there with me before the surgery just to confirm everything was ok one last time. My translator even helped to call a taxi and walk me to my room and follow up with me days after. She also helped me to translate my concern post-op. Jeet would follow up with me about follow-up appointments and if I have any other concern. Also for peeps that look into revision and have heard of H Plastic Surgery, the agency is looking into interviewing the doctor. I've never consulted with H Plastic Surgery other than knowing him through youtube. I don't mean to promote his clinic but to my opinion, he seems to know what hes doing and knowledgable about botched jobs. So contact the agency if you're interested. Also the agency didn't ask me to provide this information. This is only me letting yall know as an option to look into. I was confused, lost and skeptical when researching clinics in Korea due to fake reviews, brokers, promoting reviews. That's why I'm only comfortable with the clinic that I research on my own. I'm only a little more than 1 week post-op so I can't tell you whether my surgery successful or not other than I'm still alive lol. I hope this helps some of you. It's up to you to choose their service or not and I don't mean to promote any clinic or medical agency.
