madambutterfly89
i was wondering if anyone knows if braces will help my lower teeth to get back to midline. In photos my jaw looks like it's shifted to the left, I don't know if it's due to my jaw or my teeth. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you. mckinley21
What I think is that you should go with either jaw reduction or chin surgery and braces. At first I thought that my problem was in teeth and chin but when got a consultation with doc Oh from Regen Gangnam hospital, realized that the issue was in asymmetry in my jaw and proceeded one piece v-line as doc Oh suggested. Actually, he was 100% correct about my issue and I’m 100% satisfied that trusted him.
chrisxcooking
Best is to consult with your own orthodontist first then your oral surgeon. I had an underbite and lower jaw asymmetry as well. I tot braces could help but my orthodontist recommended me to go for surgery as braces might mask the issue but it will not fix jaw asymmetry. Your orthodontist will know best! je-cullerton
Please do not go to Regen for bone work. They made the elementary error of shaving past my nerve-line.
