Realself is very well known mostly in Europe & USA. I think it’s reliable but, as long as the before and after photos are clear/non-filtered/clear angled shots.

Just be cautious of doctors who use a third party to post their own glowing reviews. I trust negatives more so then positives.

Realself seems trustworthy. I check clinic and doctor reviews there as well!
