madambutterfly89 Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 is it true that using hip bone for bone graft for cheekbone defect works to widen it out a bit? In curious if this bone will reasorb? I don't know if these surgeons are giving good recommendations. I would hate to go through such a huge surgery and creating a secondary wound only to have a scar and no improvements.
