From your pictures, I can see that your teeth aren't aligned 100%, but it seems like it isn't enough to the point where you need two jaw surgery. Two jaw surgery is the biggest surgery in plastic surgery, so you should only follow through with it if you have a severe over/under bite. From your pictures, it looks like facial contouring/v-line would be the best option for you!
For the rhinoplasty, make sure you know what kind of material you would like to use. Most clinics offer these options: donated cartilage, ear cartilage, rib cartilage, silicone, and goretex. Each material has its pros/cons, so ask the doctor if the material chosen will give the results wanted. If you're looking for a high, defined nose, the hospital will probably recommend you silicone or rib cartilage. Silicone is good because the shape will remain the same for a long time while providing the sharp and defined look. Many people think that you have to remove the silicone after many years but that is not true; you can keep it until you die! Rib cartilage is also good for this style of nose because the rib cartilage is much sturdier than the other types of cartilages, so it can give a slim, defined look. If you would like autologous implant then this would be the best choice.
Getting a rhinoplasty with rib cartilage will be much more expensive than the silicone rhinoplasty but many people do think that it is worth the premium!
Regarding clinics who are famous in Korea for rhinoplasty, this would include: VIP, GNG, NANA, and VIEW!
I do know that Regen is pretty expensive compared to other clinics because it's located in the middle of Gangnam station and the rent there is super expensive. Also, heard from some locals that the building is managed by some shady people 0_o
I do know that GNG is one of the most famous clinics in Korea for rhinoplasty, no implant rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, and reconstructive rhinoplasty. There seems to be a lot of hate on this forum towards that clinic, but if you guys don't think that all of the Korean ps hospitals are on this forum, then you guys are being naive. This forum has changed so much and a lot of fake reviews/pictures/stories are giving wrong information and ruining PF.
From what I've heard, GNG was actually one of the first hospitals in Korea to do no implant rhinoplasty because they made the patent for this technology. I strongly recommend getting a consultation there if you're trying to do rhino!
same here. esp since in Korea I feel like its an overall English-friendly country, I dont know if agency is the way to go. on top of that, most clinics offer most of these services anyway. I dont need the extra help if a lump sum of my surgery cost is gonna go straight into their pocket. thanks for letting us all know everyone!
