K, would u recommend, to do zygoma plus mandible plus (maybe chin -- ive got over developed squarish jaw and big chin) and rhino together?

Ive never done PS before i have no idea how painful it will be... ive got high tolernce in pai though but what worries me is im hypertensive (controlled due to weight issue LOL -- if im skinny its all ok).

K, I read here somewhere that if your skin is thick, u cant use soft silicon since it will depress the silicon hence the height of the nose u wanted might be affected?

Also, how much is the consultation fee for Dr. Mendelson, let say would it be possible that before i go to korean for PS i can pay Dr.M a visit first for some advise?

hi winter when u say u have a v line does it mean you also have a jaw surgery? im quite confused with jaw surgery and v line... jaw surgery is when u remove the side of your jaw so that it will not be too squarish and the T osteotomy is for the chin? thanks

hi espresso, did your dr used, ultra soft silicon? i also have a very low short nose, and looking for the best way to have good height and length thanks.

so K if the procedure requires soft silicon for nose augmentation... it can be done thru closed as well? i have a very short low nose.. so definitely i need silicon and ear cartilage for the tip of my nose. thanks.

Hi K, im planning to have a surgery as well, but im still saving... one of the surgery i really need is zygoma reduction, would u recommend to go to a clinic that put screws after the said surgery? im a bit worried about having a foreign object inside my body.
