  1. Thanks Rita for trying to warn us! However I can also vouch for her, her review is a very honest one she didn't get paid or anything to write it if you know what I'm saying. After she paid full amount and did the surgery they asked if they could use her picture. So the order in how things went is also very important! But I can see why you would be wary of her review lol. I also went to Trend this september to consult with a couple of girls here from the forum, he is very detailed and he only does one surgery a day. If I would need a revision from my nosejob that I did this May, I would def go to him.

  2. Hi kcouture! What do you recommend to get rid of the sagging, the pouch of fat after v line for example. A thread lift? Or maybe power V? Or maybe cheek lipo to get rid of some fat, so less fat will be pulled down by gravity? I do remember you once said that buccal fat removal will make sagging even worse...and I remember reading somewhere a MACS lift is a bit invasive

  3. Me too! Also curious. But 10 years ago the technique might have been different or worse... And there is no pain in the following 2 weeks after v line btw! Just swelling and some tight feeling maybe in cheek or lip area! If there is pain, something is not right

  4. Hi Kris! Can't really see super clear from your pictures, but it seems you have excessive skin drooping over your eyes? Maybe excise the skin without making a double eyelid (though leaves scar), and/or make incision to remove some eyefat + ptosis (because it seems you can't fully open your eyelids).

I actually think you won't be needing lateral, the eyes seem long enough, and lateral cantho has a lot of negatives sides to it and some surgeons don't even want to do this surgery anymore!

    Read this about lateral:

Although this blog is a bit on the extreme side, but you get the deal !

  5. I have a question not sure if anybody else also has it.

After the nose job (like 3-4 months after) I got a dent in my nose. It's in the spot where the implant stops, and before where the tip begins. It's not really that noticeable but I can feel it's softer there and also see it in certain lighting.

I wanted to fix this but a doctor asked me if I really wanted to do a whole round of surgery again for this "minor" imperfection...he said this:

"Because nasal tip(exactly dome) made by alar cartilage is originally 2-3 mm higher than nasal dorsum made by nasal septum, there is dent in that site.
We call that dent supratip breakpoint. So that dent is not the comlication of surgery but the shape of the original nose shape.
And the dent is so small that it is not easy to remove it completely in spite of revisional surgery."

    Anyone has the same problem?

  6. Haha yes but i'm quite young so I have a lot of fats still and no wrinkles or anything. I want to do fg on forehead cause my forehead is quite flat, also a bit to correct my protruding eyebrows! I was thinking max to do forehead and area under eye where its a little bit hollow!

  7. I thought ptosis is to correct the amount you can open your eyes, making it appear bigger? So it targets the muscle there that lifts it.. So if you are unhappy about the double eyelid crease maybe better to look into double eyelid revision? Did you do incisional or non incisional ptosis?

  8. When I consulted a doctor he said this about those lip surgeries:

Because these two surgeries leave scars on operation site, you have to do very careful choice when you decide to undergo these surgeries.
    Bye.

Mouth surgeries will leave clear scars. So if your friends see operation site carefully, they can discover your scars.
    Thanks.

Because I also wanted to do it but I don't want any visible scars..... I guess it'll leave a scar that kinda looks like the scar you get when you do double eyelid surgery?

  9. Well you should still consult with some other clinics before you settle on them. Always good to have some comparison! While I liked them and felt good in the clinic it might not be same for you lol. But yes the doctor speaks good English, but consultants only Chinese or Korean!

  10. Ive been there and I did my ps there. I didnt write a review yet cause im only 3 months po now so not 100% sure about the end results yet. I really liked their after care. I went in November, so it could be that they just werent that busy, so more attentive lol. Plus the doctor speaks good english, which for me is very important, because I want to be sure he understands my needs

  11. Korean face... I absolutely don't think you need cheek or jaw. I think t-osteo on the chin to make it more V would be the only tweak you should do, together with the eyes. Your eyes seem a bit sleepy, maybe because your crease is too high, so guess could be fixed with ptosis? Because I can't see that you have protruding cheek area and so on? Faceline looks good from this angle? So I don't think jaw or cheek surgery is a good idea for you with all the chances of sagging

  12. I had no epi scarring at all. I did the medial epi one. It was only slightly red after removal of stitches (which was the most painful part lol)

  13. I took cash (currency from my country) and paid at the clinic with the exchange rate of the day. They looked it up online so it's more favorable then exchanging at bank. But if you do a lot of surgeries at once I can imagine you dont want to bring so much cash with you
